Meditation, A Way Towards A Positive Life.

It all started 2 years ago. I just finished my 12th standard and was looking to get admission in a good college. But, I didn’t get in any. So, I decided to do a correspondence study. I applied for the University of Mumbai, and my further education started.
For me, that period was negative, very negative. I wasn’t happy, as well I was emotionally drained. I still remember those painful days, When I used to cry on almost every day.
Things at my house were negative. And I was in a one side love those days. That love, in the beginning, was beautiful, but later it turned into a dark side because of my own expectations and false assumptions. Luckily I had great friends to hang out with, and time spent with them was the only good memories of 2017. Rest the whole 2017 was worst.

Another good thing happened in 2017, and It was meditation. I live in a building which is in a quiet area. So, I and my friend used to go up on the terrace and meditate for a minute. Later, I found out about, “The Power Of Your Subconscious Mind.” I read that book and understood the power of prayer and my mind.
I told my friend about it, and from then on after meditation, we were praying for good things, and in the end, were expressing our gratitude toward this life. We continued it, some days later I started seeing the results.
My brother who lost his government job in 2015, got his work back. It could be a coincidence or anything. But I understood one thing. When I decided to build positivity around me, I was attracting more positive things. The atmosphere around me and my home were changing. That was the period when I realized my potential, what I want to do in my life. I started focusing on myself, purchased some books, and started reading them, and later it became my hobby. MeditationSo, the conclusion is Meditation is a way towards a positive life. It isn’t hard, and you don’t need to do it for 20-30 minutes or something like that. Even meditating for a minute at quite a place can make you feel refreshed. Meditate for that feeling.
